By this document, acting freely, of my own will, and in my own interest, and confirming that I am of full legal capacity, I hereby give my explicit consent to:
Growards L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" or "Growards"),
1. Advertising messages
To display, send, and personalize informational, promotional, and advertising offers regarding goods, services, promotions, and gifts from Growards and its partners through various communication channels.
I agree to receive such communications via:
- SMS and messaging apps (including WhatsApp, Telegram) to my phone number;
- Direct telephone contact;
- Messages to my email address;
- Push notifications.
These communications can be stopped at any time through:
- The "Unsubscribe" link in every email or message;
- Email to: [email protected]
2. Personal data
To collect, process, and use my personal data in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
Categories of Data Processed:
- Personal identifiers: Full name, email;
- Commercial data: Purchase history, interests, and preferences;
- Technical data: Cookie data, approximate location, device type, OS/browser version, website interaction data (pages visited, clicks, moves), and referral sources.
Purposes of Processing:
- Delivery of personalized promotional and advertising offers;
- Analysis and service improvement;
- User identity verification (if required).
Legal Basis: Explicit consent of the data subject (Articles 5 and 7 of the PDPL), and legitimate interests of the Administrator (where applicable under Article 6).
Retention Period: Until the processing purposes are fulfilled or until this consent is withdrawn (whichever occurs first).
Data Transfer: Growards may share my personal data with third parties cooperating with us (such as website partners, technical service providers, and promotion partners) to achieve the purposes stated above. Any cross-border transfer of personal data complies with Articles 22–23 of the PDPL (adequate level of protection or explicit consent).
My Rights as a Data Subject (under the PDPL):
- Access, rectification, and erasure of data;
- Withdraw consent at any time;
- Object to processing for marketing purposes;
- Other rights under Articles 13–20 of the PDPL.
Withdrawal of Consent: I may withdraw this consent at any time by:
- Sending an email to [email protected];
- Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the communications;
- Sending a written request to Growards’ registered address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
